set of six beautiful postcards depicting the
44th East Essex Regiment of Foot,
from
1758 through to 1815.
The cards feature a superb "front & back" painting of a "Hatman"
of 1758 by Richard Delingpole, a picture of five of our
soldiers in the uniforms of 1758, 1777, 1809 and 1815, a group
shot of some of our re-enactors in Portugal 1810, two
fantastic action shots from the Low Countries in 1809 and
1810, and a copy of Vereker Hamilton's excellent painting
"44th in Square at Quatre Bras"
These cards are a superb addition to any collection.
